About The Fund

AVPN, with support from Google.org and Asian Development Bank (ADB), will support workers across Asia Pacific who are most impacted by workforce transitions that are driven by AI. A diverse range of organisations including charitable nonprofits, public interest organisations, social enterprises, civic institutions, municipalities, labour unions, professional bodies and associations reaching these workers will be selected through an open call. Successful applicants will receive financial support and guidance on customised training based on foundational AI courses designed by Google and external partners.

Yes. This courses is fully funded by AVPN with support from Google.org and Asian Development Bank. No payment required.
Do I need prior AI knowledge?

No. This programme is designed for beginners and is suitable for all educators regardless of technical background.
How long does it take to complete?

The full programme is 10 hours. 4 hours live with a trainer and 6 hours of self-paced learning.
Which edition should I choose?

Choose Education Workforce Edition if you prefer English, or Edisi Pendidik if you prefer Bahasa Melayu. Both cover the same content.
Will I get a certificate?

Yes. All participants who complete the programme will receive a professional certificate in AI.
